February 13, 2022 at 7:50 amI have reached Vaishnaoi Honda for servicing a vehicle. People are charging high rates on service. i would like to ask the manager, does a two wheleer will be having a wheel alignment. These people charged me 700rs for it. For a denting these people charged me 1500rs. In previous service center, they have charged only 600rs for denting. You people are taking double the amount.
is it a four wheeler for alignment??
What kind of wheel alignment will be done for a two wheeler bike??
No wheel alignment machine or computer in service showroom. It is complete medium size service center.
Before me , for another person who gave vechicle for servicing, service center people added the addittional charges to customers which are not required.
When other service centers are charging with minimum charges. why you people are taking high service charges from customers.
The employees are so rude to customers. After delivering the bike, i could see the scratches, which are not present before. If i ask the service center people, They are bleeming the customers itself. You have scratches before it. Are we deaf. dont we know it.
If, i dont get a proper reply from the manager, I will escalate issue to consumer forum and higher level of management
